I’m Kimberly deVos, founder of Seasoned + Strong Coaching.
For most of my life, I was the one people relied on — steady, capable, and able to carry a lot without letting it show. I built a family and a career around that strength, and for a long time, it worked.
But like many women, there came a point when things started to shift.
What had always felt manageable started to feel more stressful, and I didn’t recognize myself. I felt on edge, more reactive than usual, and confused — even on the outside, things were starting to shift in ways I couldn’t ignore.
Today, I work with women who are going through that same shift — women who are used to holding everything together, but are starting to feel off, more stretched than usual, and not quite like themselves.
My approach is grounded, supportive, and practical. We focus on emotional resilience, clear boundaries, and rebuilding confidence in a way that fits your life now — in a way that actually works for you.
